As- Salih Tala`i' mosque
The mosque is located on Kasbat Radwan street. It was founde in 555 A.H./ 1160 A.D
The mosque built by al-Salih Tala'I Ibn Ruzzik, 2 nd oldest Fatimid mosque, it sits facing Bab Zuwayla. The interior plan is that of a congregational mosque, with a large central courtyard. The prayer hall consists of three aisles which run parallel to the qibla wall. The three other sides of the courtyard have one aisle each. The minaret is composed of a square shaft; the second storey is octagonal while the third is cylindrical.
